Officers of the ANV -

I am pleased to be named your new commander as of today. This is a great honor and I look forward to carrying on the fine traditions of this army. I am not one for long speeches so let me just say that I will faithfully hold my post and be available for any services asked upon me.

I agree Sir, but the newly appointed AC is ANV, and while they have fine traditions Suh, hard drinking is not amongst them I suggest. Us 'good ol boyz' of the AoT will enliven their celebrations I reckon.
