Played this for the first time as part of the Last Man Standing Tourney. Unfortunately I had to play the rebs.
Scenario has no objectives, strictly a who kills more.
Problem is the yanks have their usual advantage in artillery range and if they take up a defensive position with good fields of fire the rebs will pay a heavy price advancing.
The rebs also have more units armed with muskets, very good close up but out ranged by the yank rifles. The rebs have their usual advantage in class but unless the yank plays poorly or has bad luck it won't be enough to make up for the yanks larger regiments in the heavy woods. The rebs other advantage is in cavalry but on this heavily wooded field it's not a big factor.
