General Barlow is the most loyal member of the Army of the Cumberland. One scan at the AotC web page reveals the fabulous work and extensive care to details that this officer has produced. In fact, it is a archival library of everything AotC from it's inception to its current form. I'm pleased to have spoken to and marched alongside of this gentleman. My Cumberland Rifles stand as Honor Guard at this award ceremony. Salute sir and thank you.
