| Post subject: | Using the Names of South Carolina Troops |
Gentlemen: I was taking a break from writing speeding tickets tonight and was wondering how many club members are using the names of South Carolina Troops. I was also thinking about are there anyone else from the Great State of South Carolina playing on line. Please advise with your Name, Rank, Unit and Army. Since I am a Divison Commander for the II Corp of Army of Northern Virginia, I am using the Pee Dee Division name. I was using the name of the Pee Dee Brigade before that. I guess if I had to pick a Infantry unit it would either be the 8th SC or the 25th SC. If I was acting our artillery it would be the Pee Dee Light Artillery (2nd SC Arty) and for cavalry the 4th SC Cavalry. Just being curious... Thanks for the replies. General Tisdale Suh, I live close enough to SC, I live outside of Wilmington,NC. spend a lot of time at the Bass Pro Shop in Myrtle Beach,SC my wife and daughters spends time and my money[:D] at the malls there. General Tisdale, Sir, I have the good fortune to live in the great state of South Carolina, in the southern tip just north of Savannah.
