Gentlemen, The miniature diorama modelling bug recently bit me again. I'm going to attempt to do 2' x 3' diorama of a section of the Hornet's Nest & Duncan's field at Shiloh, in 1/72 scale. Does anyone know where I can get a decent photo of 10- & 20-lb Parrott guns? I expect they are made of iron (making them black instead of bronze), but beyond that I would just be guessing. Some battlefields have guns emplaced as markers, but they're not all labelled very well. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks. Your humble servant, Gen 'Dee Dubya' Mallory ![]() David W. General Sands, My hat is off to you, sir. This is exactly what I was looking for. One of these sites even gives dimensions for these pieces, which will really come in handy.
