Does this happen to anyone else? I have had this for a week or more now. The boards work quite fine in every other way, but actually adding a new post takes a minute or so. Gen. Walter, USA <i>The Blue Blitz</i> 3/2/VIII AoS

All the time! [:(!] I have had repeated "time outs." [xx(] I found that after pressing the "Post New Reply" button, that if I access the internet with a new window and come back to the forum site, that it will process the new post in seconds, rather than waiting minutes to get a time out message. I've had it for a while now. What I've found is the actual post is done quickly, so if you either close the window and come back to the site or try navigating away after a few seconds and take a look, your post is there. I did not see the orignal post so I did not realize there was a continual problem. I think the main problem is that the database is twice as large as it nearest competitor the NWC. At the beginning of every month I will diligently archive all of the forums. Please note that once you are logged in the foder icon with an 'A' gives you access to the archives.
