It gives me great pleasure to issue the CSA Whitworth Sharpshooters Medal for the month of Sept 08 to Major General Kerry Vannada, commander of the 2nd Division, II Corps Army of Alabama. General Vannada has met the enemy on the field of battle and has lead the CSA with the most points for the third quarter with 259 points.
He is a credit to the CSA...
