Playing a single scenario on HPS Atlanta. One of the 'Battles for the Kennesaw line' variants: 062 Kennesaw June 20 Chase V.1 scn.

Great fun so far and a challenge for both sides it seems. A 2 day battle (102 turns), the first day is drawing to a close after spending most of it marching and a clash has finally started in the late afternoon.

I was very surprised, in fact quite shocked, to come up against a 1000 man Reb Infantry Regiment. It's the first time I've seen one in any of the games so far. I managed to get adjacent to it in some wooded terrain and I find that it's part of Pettus' Brigade. What worries me is that the unit designation is marked as "Not Used". Surely this is a design error?
It's got me very disconcerted. Is this unit meant to be here or not?

I heard Brigadier General Paul Kenney had the game designers stick that one in the game just for you!

Could you do a little experiment for the sake for of the Club and tell us how much damage that unit can dish out to a Yankee unit, in the open, at point blank range? [;)]
