Wow!!!! Guess what I just saw...

Playing artillery capture...

We, the Union, had a pair of guns captured. The Rebs moved a gun unit on top of it.
Fire killed the reb crew. We retook the hex. It showed our uncrewed gun and the captured reb gun. In a later turn I moved an infantry unit out of the hex leaving only the reb 1 gun unit and our 2 gun unit.

Well, when my infantry moved out, the Union "captured" guns fired on it!! Looking at the hex info then I see the reb gun as "uncrewed" and the Union guns as "captured"...

Nice... This is in Chickamauga 1.03.

I tried to create a scn that duplicates your description. I was unable to get the arty to fire. Do you have a file? If so, send it.

Got it, Your right and that shouldn't happen. It's one of those items that would almost never come up, but I've asked for a fix.

Oh good grief. Don't tell Pat he's right.
