Post subject: RECORDS DEPARTMENT FUSION ERRORS

I'm getting the 'fusion error timed out' report when I go to the Records Department. Is anyone else getting this?

It is a problem for some reports and it is being worked on.

If you are trying to pull up My Games you can go to the Corps Reports, enter your army and corps, sort alphabetically and ended. Then enter the start date and end date to pull a couple of months at a time, if you have a lot of games you may need to pull only one month at a time. You can highlight all of your games and copy and paste into excel.

It is extremely inconvenient not to be able to access reports. If there is any way to speed up the fixing, many of us would be eternally grateful.

Gentlemen,

General Sands is doing everything possible to alleviate the current shortcomings of the DoR site. I know that he is addressing both the short and long-term issues involved to the best of his ability, and that any inconveniences that we are now experiencing are unavoidable until resolution is made and should be therefore attended to in that light.

It may take a little longer, but by using the date span options for some of the report requests, it is possible to retrieve the data in separate pieces and save them to an Excel spreadsheet.
