Gentlemen,

The time for campaigning is over. Now is the time to cast your vote for the next Club President. Please note the following rule concerning voting:

3.3.4.1.6 Votes are to be submitted to the entire Election Committee for counting and verification. Verification of votes cast will be by using the email address the voter uses to submit the vote. The email address that the voter uses must be the email address of record in the Department of Records. The Election Committee will attempt to contact, via email, any voter whose email address is different than the Department of Records in order for that member to have to opportunity to correct the address held in the Department of Records. Any addresses not corrected by the end of the voting period will not be valid and not be counted.

As has been stated before, there are three members of the Election Committee. Votes need to be sent to all three of us, in the same email (for ease of verification). The addresses to use are:

Ernie Sands: waryor[AT}gmail[dot]com
Bob Weir: ra_weir{AT}comcast[dot]net
David Mallory: dwmallo01{AT}yahoo[dot]com

We will tally the votes and provide the counts once voting has ended.

Your humble servant,
Gen 'Dee Dubya' Mallory

Gentlemen,

Voting is coming along very well.

If you haven't already voted, you still have time to submit your ballot. The polls close shortly!

Gentlemen,

I'm biting MY nails, and I am counting votes -- I can just imagine how the candidates' must be feeling!

Seriously, I thank everyone who has voted so far. There is still time for your voice to be heard.

If there were problems with a ballot, a member of the election committee has contacted the individual who cast the ballot and those issues have been resolved. If you sent a ballot to the three of us and have not been contacted, your vote has been counted.

Your humble servant,
Gen 'Dee Dubya' Mallory
