I'm sure I ran into something like this with Vista, but I've slept since then and really haven't figured it out this time...

I'm running Win 7 on a laptop with screen resolution 1920x1080. I've installed Corinth, which went fine, it opens fine, but when I click on a vacant hex the screen will go white. If I right click or scroll, the screen returns to normal. If I click on a hex with units in it, it may be fine or it may turn the bottom portion of the screen white...or more. It may also turn more of the screen successively white if I continue to click on hexes with units in it. Any ideas? I'm sure it's something simple...

Also, I'm having the old font size issue - the units/hexes are too small on the screen even, and the hex grid coordinates do not fit in their box. I definitely remember this being easily solved and I even found an old post where *I* tried to help someone - but I can't remember how!

Too much Scotch, I guess... :P

Sean,

It looks like HPS just released an update for thier Renaissance game where players were having a similar problem according to a thread I read. So maybe JT's other games will (need) get the same treatment. The update text indicates:
- Fixes for Nvidia graphics problems.

Hope this helps.

Also, take a look at this thread on the Wargamer's Forum:

It's about Antietam.

Be sure on your Settings menu you have "Alternative Scrolling" checked.

Thanks, Al - that may be it. I do have an nVidia card with the latest drivers.

Kennon - got it checked. I tried checking and unchecking all those options, to no avail. Hopefully it's an easy driver fix - we'll see!
