Thanks for the link Ned. I was "wowed" by the picture of the 300lb Parrot with the burst barrel. Can't imagine what it would have been like when that happened. |

Many of those phots I had never seen before. I particularly liked the shot of the USS Essex. The introduction mentions photos of individuals to come. Can you post the link to those Ned? |

Someone was definitely heavy-handed with the Ugly Stick! I thought they might be useful to some as portraits of generals to use in the game. |

I've always thought to myself how Unattractive women look to me from photographs of the Civil War to up until about the 1930s/40s. But, I must say the Miss Demine and Miss Walton are rather attractive to my "sense" of external beauty. And I do understand that my thoughts of what makes a woman attractive is warped and influenced by our modern culture, but Damn... not bad... not bad at all. |
