Not the sort of headline I thought I would ever write - anyway we have four slots, in the Red Badge of Courage Tourny, for four brave boys in blue: Two are HPS and two are BG -

07. Face to the Foe (part of the 1st Battle of Manassas - BGBR) - CLOSED

Note: if no Union players sign on, then after one month the battles are declared a major victory for the CSA :D :(

Sheesh... I can't even remember the last time I played a BG game. I had to go out and reinstall it and I'm not even sure I remember how to play. :roll:

In the interests of diverting a Rebel Major Victory by default... I will play 07. Face to the Foe!

May General Kunz forgive me as I'd put one of our games on hold but this is only 7 turns so should be a quick and easy battle for the Yanks! :wink:

hopefully your mild case of dementia will carry over to our battle.... I need all the assistance I can muster

thought to ponder......why a shortage of yanks to participate in tournament....possibly the first battles could be tilted a tad towards the South.......something to chew on

Thank you all those Nothern Gents who stepped up. However I have one more slot to fill (CO 02b Carthage_Hist7p.scn) - in the gray corner I have Gen (Mad Dog ) Paul Smith of the AoG ,waiting to go toe to toe with a Yankee Dude - Mad Dog tells me to get the yanks to "bring it on" and he will "bring down the hurt" (sounds a bit like pro wrestling) :mrgreen:

I applaud those few yanks who stepped up to a battle which may be tilted slightly towards the South
We all know the North's MO is to battle only if they have a substantial advantage ......
