I also received a cryptic email with an odd link from Blake. An email list somewhere has been raided and we are being spammed. Obviously no one should open that link!

I got it too, both at my main email and an old one I haven't used for club business for a year or two.

Sorry guys.

Let's blame that one on the Yankee government.

I think this is the last straw with Yahoo for me. They have sucked for years so it is time to find a new mail server.

Any suggestions? I am thinking hotmail.

Amusingly I did discover which of my contacts now have inactive accounts based on which emails bounced back to me :mrgreen:

Not a problem. I never open anything that looks like it came from a Reb anyways (other than a battle turn).

Seriously, I hate spam. It stinks we have to be careful what we open and what we download.

I changed my primary e-mail to juno a couple of months back. Yahoo was ticking me off.

I use Microsoft's live.com (which replaces hotmail) but my understanding is Google's gmail has the best spam filters built in.
