Recent Confederate States of America (CSA) General Officer Promotions

Officers of the Confederate States of America (CSA) Armies & Fellow Club Members,

On behalf of the Club Cabinet, myself & the CSA Command Staff the following officers have met the requirements for promotion in the General Officer Ranks:

Congrats, officers! I have played both Andrew and Dale at one time or another and both good guys.

Andrew and I are dueling in Russia at this moment .. well no, the Union army did not go back in time .. ;) Its my Russians vs. his Frenchies this time.
