Gentlemen, Sirs, <SALUTE>

Please join us in a round welcoming the Union Army’s newest Lieutenant, Ross Greenley. Ross is a veritable 'Chamberlain' who used to tutor Gen. Dortch in math years ago (shortly after the abacus was invented, I believe). So I expect Gen. Dortch will stand for the first few rounds. I further expect Lt. Greenley will be tutoring you Rebs on the battlefield soon enough!

Gentlemen, Sirs! <salute>

Lt Ross Greenley, welcome! I sent you one of our finest new commissioned CSA Officer to see what kind of tutoring you are able to do! I have every confidence that you will find Captain Chris Kuzmanovic of the Army of Northern Virginia up to the challenge in your Lt's Cup Match!

Respectfully,

Your Obedient Servant,

General Nick Kunz

Gentlemen <salute>

Lt. Ross and I first met when a group of us got a Wargaming Club going in Corvallis, Oregon where I was attending Oregon State University. Scott is quite correct, Ross got me through my toughest course while studying Forestry there, Calculus. Why it was felt this kind of knowledge was a prerequisite to become a Forester I have yet to discover.

Welcome Ross and thank you yet again. I have enjoyed life in or very near the woods ever since graduating.

Best Regards,
