It could be a fake, as they did not have plastic water bottles until early 1866 |

The cell phone, car and clothing is period yes, but that water bottle is still suspicious. My book on ACW water bottles lists that type from late Jan 1866 - saying it could be a prototype is stretching it. |

The Big Book of Civil War Facts states that General Grant surrendered at Petersburg ? |
