Gentlemen and Union persons, Confederate Army of Tennessee Christmas Party is now underway at the Vicksburg Arms Tavern Ballroom (yes it has one). All serving officers of the ACWGC who wish to attend may do so. For those of you who "Can't Handle the Jandle", as we say in the deep deep south, please leave before midnight - no you will not turn into a pumpkin if you stay, but you might need a new liver. |

Guess us Yanks spoiled your Christmas party.  We blocked off all the entrances into Vicksburg.To make up for it, I can send over a couple of these vintage 1863 Parrotts over. They'll be a smashing hit there. Just send a light signal and I'll send them right over.  Plenty of drinks and food over in our lines so we can wait a while; if we have too. |

Why General Hampel, you will find Suh that our fine Confederate Navy has cleared mighty Mississippi of Union pirates such that supplies of Christmas good cheer are flowing well and I predict that the Vicksburg garrison will be blind drink for the holiday season. Our pet gator Nicodemus will make short work of your pet parrots if they cross our lines. |

General Hampel <Salute> My compliments to you and yours this fine season. The festive cheer you Yankee boys seem to exhibit belies the current prospects for major defeat of Union forces at Chickamauga by members of the Gator Alley Division in our first official divisional multi-player match. Should you wish to challenge our success we can talk it over at the punch bowl, that is when I get through dancing with the delightful Miss Cordelia, one of General Cam's hostesses. What a wonderful Christmas party this is gentlemen, and Nicodemus our famous mascot is really enjoying himself! |
