Did anyone notice that? Gunboat losses is now its own category in the Victory Dialogue.
I swear it wasn't there yesterday. Was it?

Did anyone notice that? Gunboat losses is now its own category in the Victory Dialogue. I swear it wasn't there yesterday. Was it?

This was a change put in for Forgotten Campaigns. The addition of an armor rating was also put in for this game. You now get VP both for destroying the guns on the ships and the ships themselves. |

The change is not just for Forgotten Campaigns. I understand it is in all of them. It certainly appears in the three Wild West battles I'm involved in. Fortunately no gunboats in those battles which is great as I've found them virtually impossible to destroy. They must have a huge defensive rating, in a multiplayer last year I shot over a hundred shells at some with a few shots at point-blank in their rear and got a grand total of one hit [not one of the rear point-blank shots]. I now avoid any scenarios where there are Union gunboats. |
