New upgrade patches are available for all titles. Can we load the patches in the middle of ongoing battles?

I am not seeing any updates (beyond 4.0) for the ACW series on the WDS site?

I was wrong. There are no new patches! I was confused by an email from WDS. MY BAD!!!!!

Gentlemen,
Whilst on the subject of patches, and as a newbie to these games.....what do you do with a patch when it is released ?

Follow the instructions, and download it into the game folder. It will automatically overwrite what needs to be overwritten.

AFAIK it will be a .exe file so you download and start it, after that you'll be asked where to install and here you should obviously choose the correct folder were the game is installed. After that it will be installed and you are ready to go.
