ACWGC Members,

I am pleased to announce the opening of the ACWGC's 2023 Challenge's Website! We will be starting with the alternate history of Stonewall at Gettysburg. Following that we will travel to the west and engage at Vicksburg for a series of battles. Lastly, we will head to the Shenandoah Valley and explore both the 1862 and 1864 Campaigns.

We've had a lot of success with these tournaments in 2021 and 2022. Let's all keep it going in 2023! They are a wonderful way to meet new members, dust off some games you maybe haven't played recently, and to just have some fun.

You can click on the link below to visit the website. The first Challenge kicks off on New Year's Day!

General Strickler <Salute>

Sir,

I believe that 2023 is going to be the year where the ACWGC are going to have to dedicate another new award for 'Service Over and Above the Call of Duty' so it may be awarded to you, next year, following on from your recent prestigious award. Your ceaseless and unending commitment to the ACWGC and it's members is admirable. I thank you Sir, in expectation of the New Year bringing even more goodness from you than this year did, and that in itself is awe inspiring.

Huzzah Sir,

I've already lined up an opponent for 'Stonewall at Gettysburg'. Hopefully I do better on that battlefield for that one as our last conflict there he walloped me. I'm looking forward to the tournament there next year and hope to reverse the previous outcome.

I'm also looking forward to the Shenandoah tournaments. That title has some very interesting and balanced battles that provide a challenge for both sides.
