Gentlemen,

I am happy to report that the Confederate States are doing well in the ACWGC.

For the month of February:
128 Officers in Uniform
111 Mustered

This comes out to about 86%. A big step up from the 73% last month!

I can also report that 90% of Rebel officers expect a formal Federal surrender within the year. The other 10% thought the war was already over.

I'm sure the war was won last year (https://wargame.ch/board/acwgc/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=23235).

We won over half the battles, most were resounding (Major) Confederate victories; lost about one in four; and the rest were draws. It's largely a mopping up operation now with only a few Union Generals still trying to oppress and subjugate the Southern people.

I'm pleased that the First Corps, ANV was able to do their part. [We're also pretty good at reporting for duty in the musters, 90% last month and 93% the month before that which is just two or three missing each time (perhaps suffering from some illness or busy rounding up some of the recalcitrant Union Generals).] Well done, First Corps.
