Is there someone who knows if there is a tutorial for using the scenario editor in Chickamauga? |

If it's the HPS/JTS/WDS game version Mike is correct, the cwedit.pdf in the Manuals folder and accessible from inside the cwedit.exe should provide a basic primer on how to use it. If you're talking the Battleground games there is a problem, the original game did not include the editor, that was a later addition. The Help file for that is a .hlp file that is no longer supported by Windows unless you still have it on an old XP machine. The Matrix version of Battleground did not include the editor, being a bit of a pack rat I have the zipfile for it and I was able to install it and get it to work in that version but again the Help file is not supported so not available and although Matrix provided a pdf version of the original game Help files it did not add the editor files. I was able to use an online convertor to turn the hlp file into a chm that can be viewed in a browser. It has some screwy characters added here and there but it is readable and includes the graphics. I have it in a zipfile which you can unzip to a folder so you can view the Help file. If you're interested in that send me a PM or an email and I can send it to you. |
