Gentlemen,

The nomination period has closed. Since only General Boling has been nominated, General Boling is therefore elected as General in Chief of the Union Armies. Well done to General Boling, and thanks again Jim for your dedicated service to the Union and the ACWGC as a whole.

<Salute>

General Boling <salute>

Congratulations on your election as General in Chief of the Union Armies, once again Sir. Well done, a fine achievement, if only all other battles were as simple.
