Gentlemen,

I am happy to report that the Confederate States are doing exceedingly well this year in the ACWGC.

For the month of March:
126 Officers in Uniform
120 Mustered

This comes out to above 95%.

In Yankee news:
In a Mayday speech today, Maj. Gen. Benjamin Butler vowed: "We will finish the campaign we have begun - period." Afterwards, he was advised that, in the future, he doesn't have to read the punctuation marks.
