I am a property and casualty insurance underwriter. I am from NC but I have lived in LA, PA and have resided in MI for the past 24 years. I am an avid history buff and enjoy reading and gaming. I have played tabletop games (Avalon Hill, SSI, D&D, etc.) since the late 1970's and started computer games in the 1990's with JTS, mostly Napoleonic and Campaign Series (Eats Front, West Front and Rising Sun). I had little time for gaming with family and work, but now my children are grown. I play some Dungeons & Dragons with the grandchildren but cannot interest them in board type games. My other big hobby is cooking and my wife like that better than gaming. So if you ever want a good recipe or technique while we play a game I can help. I look forward to meeting new people and playing a few games.

An excellent bio also, always great to know those we fight alongside. Beware you do not find yourself assigned in charge of the commissary or mobile field kitchen though :shock:
