I don't think that there is such a thing. What is the title/scenario where it occurs?

I suspect you have seen a Supply Source. A very different animal to a supply wagon. If so, it doesn't supply any small arms or artillery ammunition. Its sole purpose is in regard to isolation rules. I don't recall ever doing it on purpose, but I understand that if you were to occupy the Supply Source hex you would deny it as a Supply Source to the enemy.

You can't move them but you can destroy them, although any points for supply wagon kills will count against you.

Destoying your own emplaced wagons (seldom seen in scenarios) is doable but probably not a big deal.

If you have the time and artillery shells to spare then I guess you can do it. But large scenarios are rarely decided by 100 - 200 points and so you probably have bigger worries to be concerned about. Or, if you are feeling gamey, set up some guns with a great view of the wagon and let the enemy capture it. Then bang away as they try to limp away slowly with the wagon. You may end up breaking even in points.

I looked through all the c3u1 scenarios and I think I found what you are talking about at {113,55} in Corinth/otto_c3u1. That's a weird thing I've never seen before. The 2D image in that hex is the image for a Supply Source, yet when you zoom in the 3D image becomes that of supply wagons. [When you zoom to a supply source the 3D image shows boxes of ammunition, cannon balls and the like.] I moved some Union cavalry over to shoot at those wagons and, sure enough, they were damaged and the Confederate side was awarded some VPs.

Can they be captured? I don't know but Blake seems to think they can. I do know that if you capture Emplaced Guns they become yours, but you can't move them. If you capture Emplaced Wagons do they stay Emplaced or can they be moved? I had to know. I reloaded the scenario and moved some CS cavalry in to melee with the Emplaced Wagons. After an automatic victory the wagons now belonged to the Confederates, BUT, they were still Emplaced. On the next Confederate turn I tried to move them but to no avail. They were still Emplaced.

A very odd thing. Thank-you for bringing it to our attention.

They are also in some of the Peninsula scenarios, such as 03D.
