I've just completed a re-install of Windows XP Pro. The good news is so far so good; everything's working. The bad news is lots of stuff (like all the GAMES) are on the hard drive but no longer show up in the start menu (Start ---> All Programs). I can of course shortcut to the desktop, but sometimes it's nice to just be able to access a file from the start menu. So...the question: is it possible to get these back into the All Programs bit of the start menu without re-installing them? And if you say "yes," then I'll expect you to also tell me HOW! Sean, Look in Windows Explorer. Somewhere (should be able to do a search, Start/Search, specify folder that should get you there) you will find a "start" folder, and in that you should find a "programs" folder. Just drag and drop the short cuts to it. I jsut tried it and it was located in my "Documents and Settings" folder.
