I know the link to register a game is on this club's main page but how does one get a password?

Ask your Army Commander for your password.

I have checked and don't see where an Army Commander has access to
changing or setting a password for the Department of Records. The
instructions indicate that the Commanders of the Armies may do that,
not Army Commanders. Gen. Lubka, I've requested it be done, you should
be receiving confirmation of that shortly.

By the same token, isn't it the same as your Mason-Dixon password?
Mine was, iniitially.

My mistake. It is the CoA that that can give you the password.
