Those sneaky, good for nothing, smelly Rebs have gone and done it again. They have performed a maneuver around the flank of the AoP and raided Rosie’s Tavern … no warning … no honor at all. They have started shooting up the place. They have hung their banners on our walls. With all due respect, Lieutenant, don't you think it's time you AOP fellas stood on your own two feet and told Bobbie Lee's boys to take a flying leap all by yourselves? You'll get no help from the Army of the Cumberland at any rate-We're too busy drubbing Braxton Bragg and his minions to come East at the moment. Ask the Army of the Tennessee. They might help. Ever since we bailed them out at Shiloh they've been looking for a chance to redeem themselves... [:p][8D][:)][:I] Brig. Gen. Philip Roubaud 1/XX AOC (the real savior of the Union cause) USA |

You could get all those Yank armies, including that run down old AoC and you still would not be able to stop the CSA [}:)][:D][8D] GEN. Tony Malone Commander Army of Mississippi "Do your duty in all things, You can never do more, You should never wish to do less". |

We all know that any one of the great CSA armies are more than a match for all the Union armies combined Bahh, what a bunch of Rebel nonsense. You expect us to be afraid of the Army of Mice, the Army of Girls, the Army of Assmunches, and the Army of No Victories? I'd challenge you to a duel, General if it weren't for the fact that we are fighting at Prairie Grove already. [:p][:)][:D][:X][^][:I][8)] Brig. General Philip Roubaud 1/XX AOC |

Lt. Notso.....we didn't raid your tavern.....we occupied it. We took it prisoner.....but.....since it has no strategic value....and III/ANV provided the food....we'll give it back. [:D] LtG. J. Was a good show!! [:)]
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Brigadier General Scott Ludwig Commanding Officer, III Corps Army of Northern Virginia "The Army Commissary" Retried ANV Commander 2004-06 http://www.networkforgood.org I am loath to close. We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained it must not break our bonds of affection. The mystic chords of memory, stretching from every battlefield and patriot grave to every living heart and hearthstone all over this broad land, will yet swell the chorus of the Union, when again touched, as surely they will be, by the better angels of our nature. -Abraham Lincoln, 1st Inaugural Address
|
