About half the time I come in over the last week or so the Raiders Forum and everything below it is gone. Several refreshes later they are still not there. Loging out then back in restores them. Any reason this could be happening?

I have had no problems. Perhaps it is a browser cache problem?

I'm having the same problem as Col Smith . . . How does one clean out "a browser cache problem," if that is indeed what fixes the problem?

Here we go again. Cleaning out the Cache and temp files is not doing the job! Once again I can't see anything below the Smoking Room.

Anything else I can do?

Do you have any trouble with any other web sites that you might go on? Do you often get no pictures on some web sites and where the image you get a small box, with a red "X"?

What is your browser, i.e. Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox and what version (usually Help/about)are you using?

And, lastly, which OS, WINXP, WIN98; amount of RAM, 256Mb, 512Mb; dialup, cable or DSL?

With an intermittent problem, it is more difficult to track down the reasons for the problem. The obvious answer is it must be some setting in your browser, but the working and not working part leads me to think it is not specifically the browser.

I tried playing around with Internet Explorer (I seldom use IE and only use Netscape) and can't find anything.

How about 3rd party popup blockers, Internet security or Adware/Malware programs that could be interfering with your browser?

Are you in any other clubs, like the NWC? If so, have you had the same problem with their sites, as they use the same software?

If not, join one (forum) not the club and see if their forum front page has the same problem. The NWC also has about the same number boards as this one.

Ernie,
No problems at any of the other club boards. I joined a few to see and nothing. No problem here right now either. I can see everything. It is hit and miss. I am running the Norton Internet Security package, but have checked it and its all good. I have had it since before I joine dthe club, and only recently did this start. So, today I have all the forums, yesterday I didnt. Too Weird.

For teh record, this is the only club I am a memeber of. Too much to do and too much fun to have right here!!

It is strange. I think we covered all the bases. IF it happens again, go over to another club, again, just for giggles and see if the results are the same as here.

Sir,

If you are still having problems then you might want to try, as a sugestion, another browser.

No one else has mentioned this problem, it is strange indeed.
