Hi Guys!

One of my opponents is using his ISP Webmail account to send his Turns in our Game. (He isn't setting up a "permanent" account for a while - as he is moving house.)

We are having occasional difficulties as follows:

He plays his turn.

Zips the file and sends to me.

I download the Zip to the correct Game Folder.

I open Winzip and click Unzip.

Winzip tells me that the file is empty - No Game Turn.

Anyone got any ideas as to what's going wrong?

Is it his ISP? His Connection? Or some setting at my end that needs modding?

Out of 10 Turns so far - this has happened on 4 occasions. Other times, no probs. This last Turn will NOT come thru'!!![}:)] 4 attempts and "No Files to Process".

Hayulp Please! [:D]

Pat,
I have had this problem when using my ISP webmail as well. Not sure whats happening, but I found it eaiser to use yahoo, or hotmail. These are both free and can handle the game turns zipped. I would recommend your opponent get an account at one of these servers.

Thanks very much Dan.

I'll pass on your advice to my friend and let Ye know if it sorts things out for us.

Again, Many Thanks. [8D]

I had to open a Yahoo account recently because my opponent seemed to get blocked from my regular accounts, including my hotmail one. It worked fine.
