Have not been able to get in touch with Carl. Anyone know how he is doing or if he has access to a computer?

Dear Col. Tony Best,

Carl Winzer is in my Corps XXV. I have not heard from him since Monday, March 06, 2006 1:47 PM, when he ask to be reasigned from the Hospital. He was in contact and active at that time.
