[:p] In addition to the info in that mail . . . . it might be worthwhile if Ye go to http://my.bigpond.com/internetplans/joinbroadband/ Click on "Chat with a Consultant". You'll be able to text/chat online with a Techie there, who will be able to "talk" Ye thru your non-receipt of emails containing pbem and possibly ZIP files. Their hours for this service are: Monday - Friday: 08:00 AM - 09:00 PM AEST Saturday: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST Australian national public holidays / Sunday: Closed Drop Me a line here about how Ye get on.
