Gentlemen of the South,

The Cast Iron Division (2nd Division) of the XXV Corp - AoJ, Challenges any Confederates brave enough to step forward and accept our challenge to HPS Gettysburg Scenario: historic 1.2 (2nd day at Gettysburg, 17 turns). Single phase all other rules on except the two optional tables and the isolation rule. Gentlemen's agreement "no panzer tactics". I will be commanding our forces accompanied by the second Brigade commander Maj. David Koziol and the third Brigade commander Lt. Col. Phillip Chimara. Post here and email me.

Dear Col. Alan Lynn,

Yes Sir. That is sort of what I had in mind by "No Panzer tactics". We got one Reb, two more brave men willing to set forward?

Fld. Lt. Przemek,

Welcome, sir. Yes, it will be the HPS version.

If we can get one more Reb, I will be willing to serve as overall Confederate commander unless another officer of higher rank would be willing to step in and join us. One more Reb and we can begin (a corps for each of us.)

If a reb command is still open then count me in gentlemen, I was kicked in the head by a mule the other day the day, so I need to be clear on the agreement, I do believe in Stonewalls tatics and the easy ground to take is where the enemy isn't standing on it.

Col. Griffin,

To my knowledge, you are the first to throw your hat into the ring for the last slot, so welcome aboard. I would say that if you’ve been kicked in the head by a mule that you probably shouldn’t assume overall command, but then again, I’m sure any one of us having been kicked in the head by a mule would still be a better general than Braxton Bragg, so… [:D] I’ve only been a Colonel for a couple of weeks, so if you’d like to head our brave army, I shall defer to your mule-jogged judgement. [;)]

So, Yanks, it appears we may have a battle. Let the couriers be sent and armies mustered!
