Post subject: Vicksburg or Atlanta?

Gentlemen,

Having just purchased Vicksburg and Atlanta, I am on the lookout for a Bluebelly to play a full campaign. (Preference given to any Bluebelly currently in the CCC British Army on American Establishment; who I have likely socialized with frequently, yet never faced in the field). If interested respond here, and then send a rider to Brigade HQ at:

Anyone? I have an Atlanta opponent, but could really use a Vicksburg opponent. My wife just bought me Ken Burns and my Confederate trigger finger is itchy......

Hey Pat,

If you have trouble getting a yankee drop me a line. I have been itching to play a Vicksburg campaign for the first time as well.

Gen'rl Smith,

Perhaps a maneuver is in order, and Suh, you honor this Southern Irish Confederate "RC" to no end. I have heard nothing from the bluebellies. To quote every other baseball club's fans, "D*** Yankees...".

My Good Sir,

RC, KC, or even The Sunshine Band, its all good with me. [:D]I do appreciate your reference however. It put a smile on my face, always a good thing. [:)]

Now, as to the campaign.....Tell ya what...pick your setup for Vicksburg including options and send your currier to mconradsmith at charter dot net. I'll tell my ADC Lt. "Bubba" to let your rider through and, once the file's received I'll file the new game start.

Btw, I see in another post you refer to Irish roots. Well, I'm a ways removed from mine but the roots are there nontheless. My momm's people were O'Cains who settled the Pee Dee River area of South Carolina (Marion County now I believe) in the late 1740's. At some point thereafter they dropped the "O", still the proudly offered their blood in both wars upon this nation's continent. Erin Go Braugh!
