Ozark is easily the campaign I've played the most simply because you can do most turns in 5 minutes. But this time I'm looking for a yank to take the glorious Southerners and I'll take the dastardly yankees and see what it looks like from the other side of the fence... Would like to play all 3 campaigns in succession.
All options on except MDF and rout limiting (but this is negotiable). Play with an embedded melee phase (all melees happen at same time at some point in the turn. Movement and fire is still allowed afterwards, but no more melee). Also agree to no infantry column attacks unless they bump into something unexpectedly or is across a bridge or against wagons or lone leaders. I normally play with the single-phase turns, but I'd be open to phased turns if you wish.
