Gentlemen!
It is my pleasure and privilege to announce the Cabinet's unanimous approval (and acclimation) of the following promotions:
To Brigadier General:
Col. John Kesson (343.090 OBD points)
Col. Kesson has actively engaged on the field of battle. He has received the VMI Medal for Valor.
Col. Lyle Smith (312.010 OBD points)
Col. Smith has actively engaged on the field of battle. He has received the the Jefferson Cavis Medal of Recognition, and has twice been awarded the Patrick Cleburn Medal of Service.
To Major General:
BGen Carley Coma (1409.445 OBD points, and Command of the 1st Division, I Corps, AotM/AoT)
General Coma continues to actively engage on the battlefield and leads the First Division, I Corps, Army of Tennessee (AotM). He has received many awards and recognitions through his years of service. Since the beginning of this year, he has been awarded the John Dragan Award and the Pierre Beauregard Award.
BGen Will Stewart (456.230 OBD points, and Command of III Corps, ANV)
General Stewart continues to actively engage on the battlefield and leads the III Corps of the Army of Northern Virginia. He has received the VMI Medal for Valor.
BGen William Treuting (656.630 OBD points, and Command of AotM/AoT)
General Treuting signed on barely a year ago but continues to actively engage on the battlefield and has recently assumed command of the Army of Tennessee (AotM), after having served in leadership roles in the Army of Northern Virginia. He has received the VMI Medal for Valor, the Stonewall ANV Medal, and the Pierre Beauregard Award.
To Lieutenant General:
MGen Paul Swanson (1040.145 OBD points, and Command of I Corps, ANV)
A truly stalwart officer, General Swanson continues to actively engage on the battlefield and currently leads the I Corps of the Army of Northern Virginia. In addition to having received the Jefferson Davis Medal of Recognition, the Patrick Cleburne Medal of Service, and the Pierre Beauregard Award, he has been awarded the VMI OCS Medal & Ribbon for having served as an instructor for five cadets at VMI.
To General:
LGen Blake Strickler (949.540 OBD points, and Command of the Army of Northern Virginia)
General Strickler continues to actively engage on the battlefield and leads the Army of Northern Virginia. In addition to having received both the Jefferson Davis Medal of Recognition and the Patrick Cleburne Medal of Service, he has been awarded the VMI OCS Medal & Ribbon for having served as an instructor for ten cadets at VMI. He has served as Recruiting Officer and Chief of Staff to the CSA Chief of the Armies. In addition, he has organized several tournaments and continues to be a driving force in the CSA.
