Great question and thanks for the offer! Currently we have a few projects being worked on/completed, including new and updated training materials. Even though we're ok with tracking the records in excel at the moment, I'm sure there'll come a time where that won't be sustainable. I'll think about & talk with some of the other staff on what could be helpful from the system and we'll certainly talk with you on it further then. Also need to look at what DB types the server can work with.
In the meantime I will look into updating our joining form to ask a question about these types of skills. We do so at the NWC, so no reason we shouldn't do the same here.
