Ernie, 1. Can't access from the Brit homepage 2. When accessing from the e-mail post Phil sent, only the old password works. 3. When accessing messages, you are returned to the password page. You then have to hit "submit" without a password to view the message. Bizarre. It worked shortly after you posted, but trying now, 1am Mountain(?), all the above applies. Rob, I think you might need to flush out your browser cache. I can access it from the main British page, with the new password. The old does not work.
