Gentlemen of the Colonial Campaigns Tavern Please be upstanding for <font color="blue">David Guegan</font id="blue"> who having done long and excellent service in the armed forces of His Most Christian Majesty, Louis, King of France, has been promoted to the rank of <font color="blue">Enseigne</font id="blue"> in the <font color="blue">First Battalion of les Troupes de la Marine</font id="blue">. In addition, David has been appointed to command the Troupes de la Marine Brigade. Enseigne Guegan is also granted the title of Chevalier by order of His Most Christian Majesty.
