Because those that run it have laid down the rules, organized an automated system and ribbons consistent throughout the club. It is fair, and is not overly burdensome to players. {Lots of applause for those running things!} This is why the CCC rules! This is why the NWC wavers, and this is why the ACW has fallen over in recent times. 3 cheers for the CCC! Hip, hip, huzzah (hoorah)!!! |
