(sorry for the title, read on and you'll understand) I just recieved news that my wargaming friend of 20 years was shot dead last night ... once in the back, and once in the head. We hadn't been able to get our schedules together since last October. *sigh* I'll miss him. He was the one who showed me this neat, new compter game way back when ... "Waterloo" a Battleground Series game for TalonSoft. He thouroughly enjoyed Tiller's games especially the Napoleonic ones. Bill, he liked your Eckmuhl and Wagram games. He loved his Austrian armies. Merde! Merde! Merde! Sorry for swearing guys, and thanks for listening. I'll miss him. [:(] |
