Get rid of the "Bill" rule. It is incredibly annoying to have to wait to make a second or third post. This is especially true when replying to announcements of promotion. I understand why it was put in place but I am sure we all "get it" now. In the future simply banning the person's IP should be sufficient don't you think? |
