I was reading about the engine test involving command ratings. It got pretty confusing. So I wonder if someone could tell me what would happen under the worst possible conditions, and the best. What if ALL Commanders were given the lowest possible command ratings? How would unit disruption and fatigue be affected? What if all Commanders were given the HIGHEST possible command ratings?
