Was at Yorktown on Friday. I was impressed with the way that the Park Service has preserved the area. One of the better parks I visited on my trip. One tip I am going to send them is to put up a 4-way stop or some traffic light at the entrance to the visitor center parking lot. That has to be one of the worst intersections I had to go thru in a Nat. Park on my trip - or any I can remember. Very dangerous. Will have pics after I sort it all out. |
