After a month in a military service can't help asking a question. Nowdays (in our army) people use socks or foot wraps (depending on their personal choice) under their boots. But what was used in late 18th - early 19th century? BTW foot wraps are realy cool things. Only the men who used them had a healthy feet. And with socks people usually had bloody corns within a couple of days.[:I] |
