| Post subject: | Color Play - Who's Best |
Many years ago when I played my first CCC battle in 1776, I had an opponent from Australia who provided the best "color play" that I have yet xperienced. For those of you outside North America, the words "color play" mean to provide running commentary on the battle in words appropriate to the 18th century. I have 2 questions. 1.) Who, in your estimation, provides the best running color play in the CCC battles you have fought? I think we should be able to put our minds together and nominate the top 3 or so based on your inputs. 2.) Is these a way we might all try to figure out who that British player from Australia was? He had a great talent in this area and every turn provided both interesting, fun, and educational commentary. I would love to battle him again if we can find him. Thanks for your help on this! |
