Greetings All and Sundry, As I debarked the HMS <i>Whigkiller </i>in Charleston harbor, I gave my aide, Jessup, a right boot on his backside knocking him down the gangplank. Imagine the idiocy of the man, having failed to ensure my trusty charger, Conrad, was not at the docks! Let alone leaving my Green Tunic in the hold! I must make haste, back to the encampment of the British Legion Cavalry. Insurgencies don't put themselves down! Its all well and good finagling and conspiring against the Frogs under the gaze of the Sublime Porte in Istanbul, but I'm quite glad to leave the wogs behind. Nothing is quite as satisfying as knocking about a gaggle of bumpkin farmboys on ploughhorses playing "So-jer" in the Carolina pine country!
